This Refund Policy explains how Limitless Amino Labs handles cancellations, damaged or incorrect shipments, returns, replacements, and approved refunds.

Research Materials & Returns

Because the identity, storage conditions, handling conditions, and chain of custody of research materials cannot be independently verified after delivery, Limitless Amino Labs generally does not accept physical returns of delivered research products unless we provide written return authorization.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered fulfillment may be eligible for cancellation.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, had a shipping label generated, or been transferred to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged, Incorrect, Or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing an item, contact us promptly and, when reasonably possible, within three calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the shipping package, shipping label, and affected product where applicable. Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

When we confirm a fulfillment error or qualifying shipping issue, we may provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates that a shipment has not been delivered or appears lost in transit, contact us so that we can review the tracking information and, when appropriate, work with the carrier. Resolution may require completion of a carrier investigation.

Situations Generally Not Eligible For Refund

Unless required by law or otherwise approved in writing, refunds generally will not be issued for opened or used products, improper storage or handling after delivery, customer ordering errors, unauthorized returns, changes of mind after shipment, or delivery problems resulting from an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer.

Packages refused by the recipient or returned because of customer-provided address errors may also be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Return Authorization

Do not send products back to Limitless Amino Labs unless our support team has provided written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for reimbursement.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are normally processed using the original payment method when that method supports refunds. Processing time after approval depends on the bank, payment provider, digital-wallet provider, payment gateway, or other service involved.

Certain alternative payment, cryptocurrency, digital-asset, or on-ramp transactions may not support automatic reversal to the original transaction. In those situations, we may request reasonable information necessary to complete an approved refund through an available and appropriate method.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from a confirmed Limitless Amino Labs fulfillment error, a qualifying shipment issue, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team promptly if there is a problem with an order so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it. Nothing in this policy requires a customer to waive payment-dispute rights provided by applicable law or a payment provider.
