This Shipping Policy explains how Limitless Amino Labs handles order processing, shipping, tracking, delivery issues, local pickup, and customer responsibilities related to fulfillment.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Processing may take longer during periods of unusually high order volume, holidays, inventory verification, payment review, weather events, carrier interruptions, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment.

Payment Confirmation

Orders requiring payment verification will not enter fulfillment until payment has been confirmed. Delays caused by incomplete, pending, failed, or unverifiable payments may delay shipment.

Shipping Methods & Charges

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout when available. Rates and options may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, package characteristics, and order details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Any delivery date or transit time provided at checkout, by email, or by a shipping carrier is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Carrier transit times begin after the carrier receives and scans the package and do not include our order-processing period.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Review your shipping information carefully before placing an order.

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately. We will attempt to make changes when possible, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or a shipping label has been generated.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, tracking information may be sent by email or provided through the order system after fulfillment.

A status such as “label created” means a shipping label has been generated. Carrier tracking may not begin displaying movement until the carrier physically receives and scans the package.

Carrier Delays

Once a shipment has been transferred to a carrier, transit and tracking updates are controlled by that carrier. Weather, service interruptions, routing issues, seasonal volume, failed delivery attempts, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Unexpected Fulfillment Delays

If we are unable to ship within a timeframe we expressly promised, or within the timeframe otherwise required by applicable law, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required under applicable law.

Lost Or Missing Shipments

If tracking has stopped updating or a shipment appears lost, contact support@limitlessaminolabs.com with your order number and tracking information.

We may assist with reviewing tracking information or opening a carrier inquiry when appropriate. Replacement or refund decisions may depend on the results of the carrier investigation and the circumstances of the shipment.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area, household members, building staff, parcel lockers, and neighboring delivery locations where appropriate. You should also contact the carrier promptly. Our support team may assist with available shipment information.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact us promptly. When reasonably possible, submit the claim within three calendar days of delivery and include photographs of the shipping package, shipping label, and affected product.

Returned-To-Sender Packages

Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue may require payment of additional shipping charges before reshipment. If reshipment is not appropriate, any refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be offered for eligible orders when displayed during checkout or otherwise confirmed by Limitless Amino Labs. Do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that the order is ready.

Restricted Locations

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where shipment is unavailable, legally restricted, operationally impracticable, or raises compliance concerns. Customers are also responsible for understanding laws and restrictions applicable to their location.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, delivery may be subject to customs review, import restrictions, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and additional carrier delays. Availability of international shipping does not represent that any particular product is lawful to import into every jurisdiction.
